🥂 Did you make a New Year's Resolution last year? The moment of truth – did you keep it? It can be fun to dream about what you want to achieve in the next year, but most resolutions are abandoned as quickly as they're made.
Here's how you can turn your resolutions into a new action plan ⤵️
🌟 Plan realistically. Do you really have enough time or resources to make it happen? Do you need to break down a bigger goal to make it realistic?
🌟 What are the key steps? What are all the steps you need to take to fulfil this goal?
🌟 Create daily/weekly/monthly action tasks. What do you need to do regularly to make it happen? Put them in your calendar.
🌟 Keep track. Have a system for tracking tasks, like a checklist to make sure you're really getting it done.
And remember, there's nothing wrong with dreaming big, even if you do fall short. You'll still be much further ahead than if you never started at all!
