    We require guest access to your Google Analytics, promotional access to your eCommerce/retail space, email campaign management software, copies of your most recent e-Blasts, two over-the-phone chats and some of your spare time.

    We supply experienced professional recommendations and a roadmap for your brand success!

    Important House Keeping Notes:

    At the beginning of the Brand Health Check, we clarify your desired marketing goals for your business. Our recommendations are formulated and evaluated based on these desired goals, but also on proven strategies that can improve your overall marketing and ultimately create business growth.

    Our research notes are presented in a formatted document. This is made available to you, for you to refer back to and use for your own reference. We may also supply photo evidence. Our recommendations are listed in the Brand Health Check Report, as a PDF document.

    We aim to highlight any gaps, needs or improvement areas in your marketing. We then recommend formulated solutions and highlight our suggestions in order of importance. We also take into consideration your marketing budget and self-managed marketing skill level.

    AND we recommend free apps and software that you can utilise within your budget, along with other businesses that you can outsource specialist tasks to (e.g. SEO, graphic designers, web designers etc).

    3 EASY STEPS TO GET YOU STARTED

    STEP 1: DISCOVERY - BOOK AN INITIAL 2-HOUR MEETING

    Immediately after your Brand Health Check order is placed, you will receive an email to book in your initial 2-hour consultation. We take the time to get to know everything about your business! This first consultation will happen via video call. Simply select which video call method you prefer. Choose your time and date from our calendar of availability, and we will be in touch within 24 hours of receiving your booking date.

    STEP 2: CHOOSE THE 3/6 FUNDAMENTALS YOU WANT!

    During our Discovery Video Call, we get to know you, discuss your business problems/opportunities, and the business goals you want to achieve.

    We email you our secret weapon for success - our very own tailor-made BRAND HEALTH CHECK GUIDE where you select the (tried, true and tested) marketing fundamentals, responsible for the success of small business owners - like you - in the Australian market.

    STEP 3: WE PERFORM THE REPORT OVER 2 WEEKS & DELIVER

    Over two weeks and roughly 20 working hours, we research, evaluate, analyse and form our recommendations for your Brand Health Check Report. This involves, but is not limited to evaluating your Google Analytics, promotional materials, promotional reports, sales, operational figures and more.
